NGC 7293, the Helix Nebula, is one of the closest planetary nebulae to Earth, representing the final stages of a Sun-like star. Captured from Western Australia, this image combines broadband colour with dedicated OIII data to reveal the faint blue-green oxygen structure extending through the nebula while preserving the natural colours of the surrounding star field.
