Narrowband Filter 3nm H-Alpha & OIII for astrophotography SV220 1.25inch SVBONY
- Ultra-narrow 3nm (H-Alpha & OIII) bandwidth, ideal for photographing emission and planetary nebulae;
- Minimal halo coating design, effectively blocking excess light and reducing halos;
- Features an M28.5×0.6 thread and a lens barrel size of Φ31.75×7mm. Compatible with mainstream photographic equipment;
This 3nm dual narrowband (H-Alpha + OIII) filter features an ultra-narrow FWHM bandwidth of only 3±1nm, which efficiently filters out background stray light. Combined with a wide cutoff wavelength range of 300-1050nm (covering ultraviolet to near-infrared spectra) and an average OD5 transmittance as low as 0.001%, it strongly suppresses light pollution and stray light, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Meanwhile, its high transmittance performance of over 85% greatly reduces exposure requirements.Even in heavily light-polluted urban environments, it enables fast capture of deep-sky objects. In addition, it adopts multi-layer minimal halo coating design, which effectively reduces glare and halo interference, enhances image contrast and color accuracy, improves the purity of deep-sky photography images.
