I purchased the SV406 Spotting Scope for my summer cottage, primarily for bird watching and nature observation, and I couldn't be more pleased with this investment. After several weeks of regular use, I can confidently say this scope exceeds expectations in every way. - The image clarity and sharpness this scope delivers is impressive. - The built quality and finishing of this spotting scope is very good. I tested and seriously challenged this SV406 in my toughest test designed to show me exactly what it can do. I knew not to expect the same very highest performance level as the SV406P with ED glass or SvBony's new APO (apochromatic) scopes. What I have pleasantly learned from this SV406 (HD, FMC) was totally unexpected. It is truly a great, very high-quality optical instrument with clarity and brightness that is premium and still exceptionally good at middle and highest magnification (60×). The zoom eyepiece is superb. It is parafocal, i.e. keeps its focus as you zoom in and out. Further, chromatic abberation even in the worst seeing conditions is very minimal and barely noticeable, at all,. The great clear and bright views leave me so satisfied that I absolutely enjoy using the scope to its fullest without even a thought about CA or anything that might otherwise tempt me to nitpick this very fine and solid scope. I tried to find anything that I disliked, and failed. This great scope won me over handily, and is certain to be my favorite for years to come. I very highly recommend it and give SvBony big Texas kudos for offering so many impressive products to choose from and feel great about buying! It is very easy for me to be a new SvBony fan!

I am using it in archery to check my arrows at the target in 70m distance and the spotting scopes that I can compare with are in double price.. It have great view and I can detect my arrows between others easily even in low light condition. I am very satisfied with this scope and I can't imagine the view of the SV406P. It can be more clear and bright from this?
