SVBONY SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband 7nm SII OIII Filter for Camera

SVBONY SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband 7nm SII OIII Filter for Camera

SVBONY SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband 7nm SII OIII Filter for Camera

SVBONY SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband 7nm SII OIII Filter for Camera

Tolle Preisleistung!

SVBONY SV220 1.25" Dual Narrowband 7nm SII OIII Filter for Camera

Fantastic 8” vixen dovetail for OTAs SVBONY makes high quality products. This 8” vixen dovetail for OTAs is perfect when the stock 5” ones are short to mount properly or balance properly. This extra length allows for perfectly balancing the scope. I use a Losmandy and Vixen mounting combo on an Ioptron AZ mount Pro.

SVBONY SV219 Vixen Style Dovetail Plate for Telescope Mounting

Well machined and sturdy. Perfect for my application. This was perfect for my application which was to mount a Questar 3.5" telescope to an equatorial wedge. The fit and finsh were excellent, and the bar was planar with no wobble. I modified it a bit by reaming out the center 1/4-20 threads to accommodate a thumbnut with a larger shaft. Added adhesive felt along the mating surfaces too in order to protect the precious Q! Since it is a bit wider than the 7" diameter Questar base, I made an oak block with a radius to help "locate" the Questar when I attach it. Also, it arrived one day earlier than promised. Overall, a good bargain compared to some of the other dovetails to which I was comparing it.
