Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

Fits perfectly This is a high quality 2" filter holder that fits perfectly into the Svbony filter drawer. The thread is clean, making it easy to fit or remove filters. It utilises magnets to keep it held firmly in place and there is no light leakage.

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

Best filter drawer Bought as a second filter drawer to have my filters ready to go. Fits perfectly, well made metal construction and easily interchangeable. Far better design than some filter drawers that let in stray light and require more precise and time consuming fitment. Another great product from SVBony.

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

Utilissimo e... Lo ho preso per provare a modificarlo: sono riuscito dopo alcuni interventi al tornio a renderlo compatibile coi teleobiettivi Canon muniti di cassettino. Ottimo materiale e finitura.

Extendable Aluminum Tripod | Svbony SV225T

Zero Flaws ✔ Quality Design ✔ Quality Materials ✔ Quality Construction ✔ Good Value I tried and returned a higher priced small telescope platform (bare tripod/no head) from a competitor with a good reputation. It was flex-city/fiddly adjustment/substandard quality that failed on second use. MY mistake going with a "bigger brand." I've purchased from SVBONY before and will do again. The SV225T mounting platform is rock solid and well built. SVBONY delivers consistently in terms of quality and value for money. This tripod is no exception. I look forward to many, many happy nights under the stars with the SV225T. I wanted a stable platform that would take my Seestar S50 easily and reliably between Alt/Az and EQ modes and the SV225T is filling the need perfectly. ✔ Stable ✔ Easy Leg Adjustments ✔ Steel Top Plate for Added Rigidity ✔ 3/8" Mounting Rod & Rigid Tray Support Stabilizes the Tripod Legs Beautifully I assembled mine with the legs open and the tray installed. I'll leave it that way with everything socked down tight, so it is grab and go, The tripod itself weighs in at 5 lbs., adding to the stability. The load capacity is 12kg. With the legs collapsed, the height is 21.65" (55cm). Extending the legs fully yields 35.43" (90mm). Add the height of whatever head you mount, naturally. I believe this tripod is a bit short for a lot of visual astronomers, However, it is a really great base for those who are using electronics to observe. It's perfect for my Seestar S50 use. Outside of using a minimal amount of the leg extension to help level in the field, I don't think I would ever need to run the legs at max height. The 19" (48.25cm) footprint with the legs collapsed is very stable. With the legs fully extended, the footprint increases to 32.68" (83cm). For use with my Seestar S50, I topped the SV225T tripod with a Neewer LP65 Tripod Head Leveling Base and a Ulanzi U210 Fluid Head Pan-Tilt. I used the beefiest 3/8" to 1/4" adapter sleeve I could find (the 3/8" tapped mounting hole on the S50 is pretty deep) and the quality Arca-Swiss quick release plate can now live on my Seestar.I can level the Fluid Head and run Alt/Az, or easily get the tilt to angle of latitude that I need for EQ. A sturdy tank of a tripod the functions as intended with zero deficits for my use case.

Nice sturdy tripod Very sturdy lightweight tripod, way better than most, on the shorter side. Would be great for a travel AP rig for a small scope and mount.

Extendable Aluminum Tripod | Svbony SV225T

With a refracting telescope you would want more height. The tripod works very well. With a telescope mounted it is very sturdy and solid support with very little movement of the telescope. My only issue is that with a refracting telescope I wish it had more height adjustment. With a reflector it's fine.

Extendable Aluminum Tripod | Svbony SV225T

Solid, stable tripod for the 4-inch SVBony refractor!Solid, stable tripod for the 4-inch SVBony refractor! This is an excellent, very well engineered, very solid tripod. It has my highest praise. Using a 4-inch f/6.5 SVBony refractor, I need something that keeps the field very steady. One problem: I am 6-foot tall and this tripod puts my right-angle prism and eyepiece a bit low for comfort (I'm 75-years old). I have three big rocks in my backyard I plan to use to elevate the tripod some 5-inches without compromising the solidity of the tripod and mount. (Not a perfect world.) Otherwise, excellent value for the money, very, very stable and all without being too overly heavy. Good compromise of stability vs. 'excessive' mass.

SVBONY SV225 Alt-Azimuth Telescope Mount Adjustable for Visual Set

Satisfied customer Received the svbony telescope mount early. I matched the mount with svbony sv48p telescope. The match was perfect, I couldn't be more pleased. The technical work of this mount is awesome. Would recommend this product 100% to anyone. Thank you, plus a good price.

SVBONY SV225 Alt-Azimuth Telescope Mount Adjustable for Visual Set

Sweet little mount! Solid, no backlash, very smooth clutches. Sweet little mount, no backlash in adjustment gears at all. However make sure to google the shim mod for it - it will take care of the play in the side joint. The clutches engage smoothly and its there no play. The paint finish is also thick and very high quality. I'm still giving it 5/5 because its super solid and feels like a very well though out design. Yes, the control knobs are plastic but they are higher quality plastic and can be easily swapped out for anything you wan.

SVBONY SV225 Alt-Azimuth Telescope Mount Adjustable for Visual Set

Solid Mount beit a bit small. Well made mount as you'd expect from SVBONY. Coupled with the SV 225T tripod it holds my SV48P firmly without any movement. Smallish but it gets the job done.
