SVBONY SV191 Zoom Telescope Eyepiece Super Wide Angle Black 1.25inch

Macht was es soll und ist gut verarbeitet Mit einem ersten Test an Jupiter und Mars bin ich bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Zudem ist das Zoomokular gut verarbeitet, hat ein gutes Einblickverhalten und eine gut verstellbare Gummiblende. Im Randbereich eventuell kleine Abstriche, das kann ich aber erst beurteilen wenn ich demnächst einmal den Mond beobachte. Was mir besonders gut gefällt ist die glatte Klemmhülse. Wie oft habe ich mich schon über ein anderes Zoomokular geärgert welches sich beim Herausnehmen immer etwas gesträubt hatte, weil man hier durch Ringe einem unbeabsichtigten Herausfallen vorbeugen wollte. Mir ist eigentlich noch nie ein Okular herausgefallen auch wenn die Steckhülsen glatt waren. Was das Parfokale angeht - hier muss minimal nachgestellt werden wenn man von der kleinen zur größten Vergrößerung wechselt. Ist aber sehr minimal. Das Verstellen ging auch sehr gleichmäßig nicht zu leicht und nicht zu schwer. Die Außentemperatur betrug dabei 14 Grad. Wenn man das Okular etwas schüttelt hört man ein leichtes Klappern. Das hatte ich aber auch schon bei einem anderen Zoomokular und das wirkte sich auf die Beobachtungsqualität nicht negativ aus. Und was das Gewicht angeht, ja ich hab’s jetzt nicht gewogen, aber es ist ist auch nicht ungewöhnlich schwer. Für den Durchmesser und die 7 Linsen würde ich es als ganz normal einstufen. Im Lieferumfang befinden sich in der sehr stabilen Pappschachtel noch zwei Oklularschutzdeckel und ein Schaubtuch. Das Okular selbst war sehr gut nochmals in Luftpolsterfolie umwickelt. Wer noch kein Zoomokular für Planeten und Mond hat , denke ich macht hiermit nichts falsch.

Als günstiges Reiseokular gekauft Hab es für die visuelle Beobachtung auf Reisen oder Unterwegs gekauft und hier erfüllt es einfach seinen Zweck. Ist sowohl als Übersichtisokular und mit einem etwas kräftigerem Dreher dann auch für Details gut zu gebrauchen. Die Qualität entspricht der Marke, ich habe da nichts dran auszusetzen. Fasst sich auch gut an und der Gripp zum drehen ist ausreichend, allerdings ist es anfangs etwas schwergänig, was sich mit einem tropfen WD40 ganz gut beheben ließ. Also schwergängig ist es immer noch aber etwas sanfter.

Top Zoom Okular Ich habe das Okular SV191 von Svbony aufgrund einiger positiven Rezensionen gekauft, um es an verschiedenen Spektiven für die Vogelbeobachtung zu verwenden. Nicht, dass ich es unbedingt gebraucht hätte, aber ein wenig mehr Vergrößerung als ein 8-24mm Zoom erschien mir interessant. Im Vergleich mit meinem APM 95 Spektiv (554mm Brennweite, 25-75fache Vergrößerung mit dem dazugehörigen Okular; 22,6-7,63mm) konnte ich zwar keinen großen Unterschied erkennen, gerechnet auf die Brennweite ergibt sich aber, dass das APM Spektiv nur bis ca. 73fach vergrößert, mit Svbony Okular aber bis 77fach. Am Svbony SP 406 ED 16-48x bildet das SV191 zudem kontraststärker als das mitgelieferte Okular und auch schärfer ab. Natürlich wird das Bild bei hoher Vergrößerung aber dunkler. Zwar ist keines der Okulare besonders weitwinkelig, aber für die Bestimmung weit entfernter Vögel sind sie vollkommen ausreichend, mit dem SV191 (21,6-7,2mm) hat man aber bezüglich Vergrößerung und Schärfe je nach Spektiv mehr Reserven. Fazit: Lohnender Kauf!

Can't fault it This is a great Zoom Eyepiece. I use it to prevent swapping eyepieces in and out. I also have fixed magnification eyepieces for longer term observing. But I can't fault the clarity, eye relief and quality. And as a bonus I now have an eyepiece that makes it much easier to get my Celestron NexYZ adapter set up easily in the dark

Half the price for the same item elswhere! A zoom objective lens is quite useful but it requires a certain amount of telescope knowledge to get the most out of one. This particular lens is simple enough that a novice can figure it out with some practice and clear skies, of course. The quality is high and this same lens is more than double the price with just a different brand on it. So, do your research before paying top price for something that can cost a lot less at Svbony or similar retailers.

Excellent product Honestly, this is better than my Explore Scientific 11mm 82 Degree. This does not have the same wide field, but the optical quality is better. ES 11mm produces ghosting on bright object, which this does not. Contrast is also very good.

High quality for the price. I bought this zoom eyepiece both for convenience and cost saving. With a zoom lens you don't have to switch lenses with varied power or buy multiple eyepieces. You get larger or smaller images with the turn of your wrist. The question was whether or not a zoom would provide the image quality of a stand-alone eyepiece. I'm no expert in telescope eyepieces, but I have been very pleased with the image quality of this zoom. The apparent field of view and eye relief are excellent as well.

Nice mid priced zoomer I've been pleased with all my svbony products, and this one didn't disappoint. This optic is also sold under other brands like orion. It is all metal and solidly constructed. The optics are great and lovely to look through. Its my new favorite general purpose and planetary eyepiece.

What a nice zoom eyepiece. I was pleasantly surprised by this zoom eyepiece. Years ago I owned an inexpensive zoom and I disappointed in the optics as they weren't as sharp as fixed eyepiece. However I've used this zoom twice so far, the weather unfortunately been cloudy much of the time . I've used this on two telescopes and I can't find anything to complain about; I've only looked at the Moon and Jupiter. but the image is very sharp. It's parfocal across the range. I observed a transit on Jupiter around 200 x with a 125mm Orion Maksutov telescope and couldn't see any difference with a fixed eyepiece

Original and flawless Lens The product is original and was packaged very well. The Lens works as advertised and the image clarity is flawless, I own a 6mm non zoom Lens already but honestly it’s nigh impossible to find the planet correctly with such high magnification. However with this Len’s you can start zoomed out and easily locate the planets like Saturn which is very faint in an urban city, then zoom in slowly to get a crystal clear view of the planets, I could very easily see the rings of Saturn with this Lens without any distortion.

Well worth it Very comfortable eye relief with nice, wide FOV. I was hesitant to buy a zoom eyepiece because I read the views are not as bright as fixed focal length eyepieces. But this one gives clear, bright, parfocal views throughout the zoom range. If there is any coma at the edges, it is so minor that my eyes don't detect it. I'm very happy with it and its now my most used eyepiece. No negatives to report. I think its well worth the Cdn $113 (with coupon) I paid for it. From reviews I've read, I suspect this 7.2-21.6mm EP is a better choice than the 7-21mm option.

SV190 Eyepiece 1.25inch UF18mm Ultra Flat Field FMC for Astronomy

Great Value Eyepiece I'm mainly a visual observer at this point in my 35+ years of enjoying amateur astronomy as a hobby. I bought this eyepiece to fill a gap in the lens kit for my 8" Orion Classic DSE and 6" Skywatcher Heritage GTi tabletop Dobsonian reflector telescopes. I prefer wide-field views when I observe and rarely use my high-power eyepieces unless looking at the Moon or bright planets, but sometimes want a bit more magnification than the 32mm and 40mm eyepieces I generally use as my "go-to" lenses. This piece fills that gap very nicely, but offers a much wider field-of-view than most medium focal length (17mm-12mm) eyepieces. It produces tack-sharp images with good contrast across the entire FOV, clear out to the edge, which is generally not the case with many consumer-grade eyepieces. Works great on deep-sky objects and the Moon and planets. This eyepiece appears to be a copy of the highly-regarded Teleview Panoptic 19mm, which usually sells for more than $250. I've not had the opportunity to compare the two eyepieces side-by-side, but for the money, the SVBONY piece certainly holds its own, at least for my purposes. I have a couple of other SVBONY products in my kit and they all seem solidly-built. For the money, this eyepiece is a great value. Highly recommended.

SV190 Eyepiece 1.25inch UF18mm Ultra Flat Field FMC for Astronomy

Impressive value with views that will please I doubt you'll find a better value eyepiece in this focal range. While it's not a premium model, my expectations were modest, and its optical performance offers excellent value for the price. In both my 8-inch Dob and 8-inch SCT, the field of view is very flat, clear, and sharp over approximately 90 percent of the view. Near the edges, chromatic aberrations become slightly more noticeable, but they are not severe. The build quality is outstanding, and the eyepiece has a solid weight. Overall, I believe this eyepiece provides excellent views of the night sky, significantly improves upon budget options, and is worth keeping. Although a more expensive model might outperform it, I am very satisfied with its value and performance.
