SVBONY Medium Dovetail Clamp with Brass Screw for Telescope Camera

Great quality for the price. Great quality, completely equivalent to the more exapensive Vixen mount clamps in astronomical shops. If I need another one I'll for sure buy another svbony.

Svbony SC715C Color Planetary Camera SONY IMX715 CMOS Sensor USB 3.0

Tiny Pixels, Tiny Price, Huge Planetary Detail. I’ve been really impressed with the SC715C so far. I’m using it with a C8 + focal reducer on an AVX mount, and it’s worked great right out of the box. The sensor is tiny, but delivers ridiculously sharp planetary detail, fast frame rates, and surprisingly low noise for the price point. Setup was straightforward. Didn’t even have to download a driver in order for sharpcap to recognize the camera when I connected it. I was able to get 100+fps when setting a moderate ROI, and it made lucky imaging a total breeze. I’ve had especially good results on the Moon and Jupiter, where the sensor pulls in a lot of fine detail once conditions settle down. Sadly, it was too late in the year to capture Saturn, so needless to say I’m excited for later this summer. It’s compact which keeps the imaging train lightweight, and overall the camera feels solid and well made. For anyone looking to get into planetary imaging without spending a fortune, this is a really capable little camera. It’s compatible with all of my gear, which is great if you don’t want to get pigeonholed into the overpriced world of ZWO. Oh, and it’s a pretty capable planetary cam for EAA, even works for some light live stacking of galaxies, but the tiny sensor makes the FOV way too small for any larger DSO’s or nebulae.
