Glasses-Friendly & No Internal Reflections!

As a glasses user, the 20mm+ eye relief and soft eyecup are lifesavers. Peering inside with a flashlight showed zero stray light—just clean, well-coated optics. Svbony nailed the ergonomics!

SVBONY SA401 APO Spotting Scope Kit with WiFi Camera & Tripod

Perfect for Low-Light Birding!

Even at sunset, the 100mm objective gathers enough light to reveal owl camouflages in shadows. The lens coatings boost transmission, and the zoom range is ideal for forests to wetlands. A twilight powerhouse!

So Sharp, I See Feather Barbs!

At 40x, I counted streaks on a sparrow’s crown! The flat field means no soft edges, and the contrast rivals scopes 3x the cost. Only nitpick: a tad heavy for backpacking, but the performance justifies it.

SA401 20-60x85 APO Spotting Scope SA402 Hydraulic Gimbal Tripod

A Nice Apochromatic lens

I picked it because it is an all rounder, and the zoom is just the right amount with Apochromatic lens, I think it will help with the far end of the zoom with CA.

SA401 20-60x85 APO Spotting Scope SA402 Hydraulic Gimbal Tripod

it gives it a great look and is reminiscent of a V

My first thoughts when seeing this packaging was that it looked very professional and clean, and the care taken to protect the equipment was much better than that of my Celestron Regal M2. Obviously after this I was very eager to get the scope out and have a feel of it. Needless to say I was definitely impressed. The quality when I got it out was far beyond my expectations. All components well machined and put together, the focus adjustment precise and well-oiled and the eyepiece lovely and smooth. The material of the scope isn’t specified on the Svbony’s website, but I’d say it is comparable to magnesium alloy in feel and weight (2192g).

For this price it's a fantastic object.

I have got the sv555 last month. I'm over in darker skies of Nagano. I have already tested it but with a filter drawer on a Player One Poseidon-C Pro. I can achieve focus easily and the stars looked nice and round on 300 second exposures.
