SVBONY 1.25" Moon Filter Reduce Glare Optical Glass for Telescope
The best I have ever viewed the moon and Jupiter.
After my last star party at our club house a week ago, I used this filter on the 13 inch Dob we have to look at Jupiter. Wow what a view and a huge difference. This is the best personal view I ever had of Jupiter's cloud bands. Without this filter you had to strain your eyes to see any of the cloud bands even with a 13 inch telescope. Outstanding. Because I was using the 13 inch Dob Jupiter was so bright I actually suffered from white light glare. This Filter fixed all that. I can not say enough about of how good of a filter it is. Worth every penny. As an amateur astronomer for 50 years let me say up front that I was not (past tense) a fan of telescope filters. It was my old and probably out dated opinion that they block more incoming light than they show and are worth. However, I have many friends who love them and have many different eyepiece filters in their collection. So why did I buy this moon filter? Well because during a star party one of the our club members suggested it, while viewing a very bright half moon at the time. He told me that they have really improved. I can say first hand that he was right. While viewing the moon the glare was just about gone which allowed me to view much finer detail and make out very small craters that I was not able to view before the moon filter and the filter did this without being to dark. The old moon filter I had used forty years ago was useless and to dark so I never used it but this filter proved its wor

SVBONY SV550 80mm f/6 APO Triplet Refractor Telescope for Astrophoto
Bargain triplet, don't forget the flattener for it
This is a bargain 80mm triplet meant for astrophotography. Produces excellent images with the right camera. If you want to make it faster and wider field of view for your camera, get the reducer that is made for the 80mm doublet, it works 100%, just like the dedicated flattener for the triplet. Highly recommended.

Svbony CLS Filter 1.25 2" EOS C Light Pollution Telescope Photography
Better in some respects than my far more costly na
I was once the Product Development Manager at Orion Telescopes in Santa Cruz, CA., and 3 decades ago did all the field testing and work in introducing the "UltraBlock" visual narrowband nebular filter--catalogue article, instruction sheet, and so forth; so I have had decades of experience with eyepiece filters for improving deep sky visual contrast. The CLS type is broader band than the narrow nebula filter, but in my case (after >50 years as a visual amateur observer) I have verified that mine, bought from Amazon in 2" size, is actually superior to a costly Lumicon Deep Sky filter, and an Orion SkyGlow type. First: stars are not cut out as aggressively, and they look sharper and more natural. Second: contrast boost was BETTER, in fact recently enabling me to see the very faint globular cluster NGC5466, which was INVISIBLE without a filter, and either of the Lumicon and Orion broadband filters had no actual discernible benefit. But my Svbony CLS filter DID make this faint globular visible in my 11" SCT (in town, with some light pollution) detectable and identifiable, aiding me in making a drawing and writing up a report for my astro website. I was so pleased that I am ordering the 1.25" size, too. This is a relatively "gentle" filter and is not intended for certain narrow-wavelength radiating nebulae (some planetaries, for instance); it does not make the sky background as dark--and you probably could NOT see the Horsehead with it, as that requires a VERY narrow h-beta filter.

SVBONY SV133 2" 5-Position Filter Wheel for Deep Sky Astrophotography
Solid sturdy filter wheel
Nice high quality build for my imaging filters. Sturdy metal build attaches to my dslr and Barlow. You won’t be disappointed with the quality of this filter wheel, especially at this price point.

SVBONY SV227 2" SHO 5nm Narrowband Filter Set for Deep Sky Imaging
High-quality and affordable SHO filters
It is resistant to light pollution. With this filter I get more subtle colors out of my deep sky images. In terms of price, it is much more cost-effective than other SHO filters on the market. All in all, it's effectively multiplied my imaging sessions many times over. I am very satisfied with it.

SVBONY SV215 1.25" 3-8mm Clickstop Zoom Eyepiece for Planet View
Best planetary zoom eyepiece
This zoom is amazing. I have put it up against the Orion planetary eyepieces all focal lengths, televue delight 4mm, TMB planetary 7.5-3.2mm, Orion 21-7.2 zoom with 2x Barlow and the baader mark IV Zoom with 2.25 baader Barlow and this Svbony might be slightly better than all of them. The field of view is great for a zoom with this focal ratio. The contrast on the planets are some of the best I've ever seen. I can see amazing details on Jupiter and Saturn. Double stars are easy to split and the zoom is sharp to the edge. I don't know what else to say but WOW. I wish I would have bought this before I got all the other planetary eyepieces. I could have saved a lot of money. I bought 2 of these zooms to use in my binoviewer and they work great together. Thank you SVBONY for such a great eyepiece.

SVBONY SV191 Zoom Telescope Eyepiece Super Wide Angle Black 1.25inch
Nice mid priced zoomer
I've been pleased with all my svbony products, and this one didn't disappoint. This optic is also sold under other brands like orion. It is all metal and solidly constructed. The optics are great and lovely to look through. Its my new favorite general purpose and planetary eyepiece.

SV136 Telescope Eyepieces 2 inch 34mm 72 Degree for DSO Observation
Super Clarity, Minimal Abberation, "Affordable" Pr
Whoa. I spent a long time on forums and talking to other astronomers before making this purchase, and in the end I only chose this eyepiece because it was the only thing that would arrive in less than two months. I was worried that svBony would be some mediocre chinese glass but I am pretty impressed. I've been to a few star parties so I've looked through the explore scientifics and I gotta say this isn't too far off, especially when considering the price. There is *very* minor chroma near the edge of the field (outer ~15%) but the center view is stunning. My first test was the moon in my 10" f/4.7 dobsonian and it really was a whoa moment. Before this it had just been done super plossls so the difference was absolutely stunning. The crispness in the image was beyond belief, with edges clearly defined and no visible abberation at all in the center fov. It definitely gives the often mentioned "porthole into space" feeling and I was instantly in love. Half the time I find myself barlowing this eyepiece rather than using my new high power eyepieces because the clarity is so impressive. DSO's are very noticable from the deep everglades and I was able to just make out some detail in the spiral arms in bode's (m81) I can say to anyone worried about QC that the eyepiece doesn't leave much to be desired!

1.25inch 7mm to 21mm 57°-40° Zoom Eyepiece | SVBONY SV135
Best overall eyepiece I own and use alot
It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It is very nicely manufactured by Svbony, and it functions very smoothly. There is little refocusing needed along the entire zoom range. It is tack sharp at all powers with very nice eye relief. I am 100% happy with my purchase and can very highly recommend this lens.

Svbony MK105 Maksutov Cassegrain OTA 105mm Telescope 160mm Dovetail
Wonderfully sharp - great piece of kit!
Super lightweight, great quality, and very portable. Was packed very well and even sealed against moisture. Never needs collimating and doesn't get out of alignment in transit. I should have bought this a long time ago as it is worlds better than larger newtonians- I can mount this on an AZ mount or a sturdy Photo tripod. I got this to attach a DSLR to primarily but no doubt it's fun using an eyepiece. I enjoy larger focal lengths for lunar or planetary and this Telescope is really bright even though it's f-stop is a somewhat higher than my telephoto lenses. I can't wait to do some lunar focus stacking with this scope.

Refractor Telescope for Astrophotography SV503 80 | Svbony
Honestly better than I expected...
It's a solid scope. Make sure you buy it with the field flattener or your edges will be skewed. My stars aren't perfect but that's my fault, plus bad tracking. The focuser is very easy to use, and very sturdy. It comes with a dovetail and a 1/4-20 mount thread so you can use this on a startracker like SkyGuider or Star Adventurer. I do not regret this purchase, for an entry level scope, it's great. Also, to the individual claiming this scope has a purple fringe.... it does NOT. Your camera is producing amp glow, getting warm. I have not experienced this issue at all.

Svbony 0.5x Focal Reducer 1.25" for Telescope Photography Observing
its a reducer. it seems to work.
its a reducer. it seems to work. no issues really. can get even wider view by using one or two small spacers but don't use too many or too much or you wont have enough inward focus travel

Svbony SV229 Solar Filter ISO 12312 2 Metal Cap 140mm Sunspot Telescope
Excellent value! Fast delivery
Got exactly what was described. Aluminum frame with stretched Mylar filter that can be attached to any telescope using 3 adjustable padded thumb screws. I used this with an Edmund’s Astroscan and it worked well to view sun! Plan to use in 4/8 eclipse!

SV106 60mm f/4 Guide Scope Multi-Use Finder Scope with Helical Focuser
Nice little finder scope
Fit’s well on my 80mm SVBONG refractor. Focusing with a spin ring takes a little effort, but it gives a nice clear focus. The Red lock down ring holes the focus very well.

SV405CC Cooled Color OSC Camera for Deep Space Astrophotography IMX294
Very well built
Just started imaging with this dedicated astro camera hence only the 4 on image quality. I probably need to get more familiar with it and image processing. It cools very well and cooling power remains steady. I have no complaints about this at all and it is more than reasonably priced.

ED Digiscoping SV406P 20-60x80 | Svbony
Excellent scope at a great price
We are very pleased with this scope, which we have had for a year now. I bring the scope on birding trips to see the birds clearly at a distance. I also live very close to the beach in Southern California and I use the scope to watch the for whales, dolphins, and shore birds. We have gray whales that migrate from the north to Mexico in the south during the winter and the zoom works great for first spotting the whales and then zooming in to see details.

SVBONY SV202 8x32 ED Binoculars with Bak4 Prism Waterproof for Birding
good value for the price
I bought the Svbony SV202 in 8x32. The contrast and colors are bright. There is some chromatic aberration. You can easily see birds among the green foliage. The binoculars are very light and easy to carry. The viewing angle is about 8 degrees. It is the best deal this year. In daylight, I can't tell any difference between them and my Leica Ultravid binoculars. I think I will buy the 10x42 as well.

SVBONY SV131 Plossl Eyepiece 32mm 1.25inch 48 Degrees for Telescope
Superb!
I bought a pair of these eyepieces to use with my 100mm objective binoculars. I was skeptical that they would focus properly, but that was not a problem! The 32mm focal length of the eyepieces and the 525mm objective focal length provided a 16X power and a terrific apparent wide field of view due to the plossl design of the eyepieces. The only chromatic aberrations are those of the objective lenses. The eyepieces that came with the binoculars provide 20X and 40X magnification which yield a 5mm and 2.5mm exit aperture (respectively). These new plossl eyepieces give me a very comfortable 6.6mm exit aperture with sufficient eye relief to permit using my eyeglasses.

Svbony SV131 1.25" Plossl Eyepiece 6/12/17/25/40mm for Telescope
Another great Svbony product
I was looking for a wide field eyepiece for my 127mm telescope. Having good experiences with Svbony eyepieces in the past, this one seemed to tick all the boxes. Ordering was easy and the item arrived promptly and in fine shape. I'm very impressed with the build and optical quality of this eyepiece, first light was tonight, and the views were great! In my scope, it gives 25X with a 2 degree field of view, just right for star clusters like the Pleaides and Beehive (apparent FOV is 52 degrees, much better than any other 40mm plossl I've ever seen). Star images are sharp almost to the very edge of the field. All this for 50 bucks!
