SVBONY SV305C IMX662 Astronomy Camera for Planetary & Lunar Imaging

Works great until Works great until it heats up then the image is quite bad. I can only get 20 minutes of images. This is in AZ USA so it’s 90 degrees outside at night. They need to have a cooled version of this for $250. I’d buy 2.

Works great for guide cam and takes ok shots. I use it for my guidescope camera. It does take decent planetary and lunar shots however.

Buena cámara planetaria Compré esta cámara como actualización a la SV305 que ya tenía y que actualmente la uso para cámara guía. Aunque el sensor de la sv305C se supone que es más actualizado, no detecto diferencia con la cámara de versión anterior. Hubiera sido una excelente actualización el cambiar de USB2 a USB3. La cámara funciona muy bien y da buenos resultados con planetas, luna y sol (en compañía de una diagonal Herschel y sus respectivos filtros)

Spektiv gut, Stativ nicht. Spektiv für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Stativ ist jedoch zu vernachlässigen :-D das ist Schrott. Für 15€ bekommt man von a**zon Basics ein sehr brauchbares Teleskop Stativ und dann hat man eine sehr brauchbare Kombination.

SVBONY SV28 Plus 25-75x70 Spotting Scope for Phone Photography

Spektiv super, Stativ für die Tonne :-) Ich suchte ein günstiges Spektiv fürs Sportschießen. Ich schieße überwiegend Klein- und Großkaliber auf einer 25 oder 50 Meter-Bahn. Das Svbony mit einer Vergrößerung von 20-60x60 eignet sich dazu sehr gut. Ich denke 25x75x70 wäre noch ein wenig besser, aber dieses hier reicht mir völlig. Die Einstellungen sind selbsterklärend. Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Es wird eine Tragetasche mitgeliefert und das Gerät wiegt ca. 1 kg, ist also sehr leicht. Schrott ist allerdings das mitgelieferte Stativ. Das hätte man sich sparen können. Reine Materialverschwendung. Es taugt zu rein gar nichts, zumindest nicht beim Sportschießen. Es ist billig verarbeitet, nicht verstellbar und viel zu kurz. Dafür ein Punkt Abzug. Als Stativ habe ich mir das Basics 127 cm mit Tasche geholt. Das ist super und reicht völlig aus. Für das Spektiv habe ich 59 Euro bezahlt. Der Preis ist völlig in Ordnung. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

SVBONY SV28 25-75x70 Zoom Spotting Scope with Tripod for Bird Watching

Günstig aber nicht so toll! Da ich dieses Jahr von meinem Balkon aus ein Turmfalken Pärchen, Nestentfernung ca 40m und ein Weißstorch Paar, Nestentfernung ca.100m beobachten kann, war mir mein Fernglas immer etwas kurz. Also suchte ich nach einer alternative. Da ich in den letzten Jahren schon viel mit der Kamera in Naturschutzgebieten unterwegs war und ich da viele Leute mit einem Spektiv sah, war für mich klar das ich nach so einem Gerät suchen muss. Es sollte aber auch keine 500 Euro kosten. Und ja ich weiß das man bei billig Produkten zwei mal kauft und auch nicht die Top Qualität erwarten kann. Aber ich machte es vom Nutzungsgrad abhängig. Ich werde es schon nutzen, aber auch nicht so intensiv das sich ein höherwertiges lohnen würde. Ich entschied mich für das Svbony SV 28 mit einer Vergrößerung von 20-60 und einer 80 mm Linse. Das Teil ist heute angekommen. Der erste Eindruck nach dem öffnen des Paket war positiv. Die Verarbeitung ist gut bis sehr gut Ordnung, es fasst sich auf Grund der Beschichtung sehr angenehm an. Der Zoom funktioniert mit dem richtigen widerstand und auch das scharfstellen geht recht gut und leicht. Ich war aber etwas über die Abdeckungen der Linsen enttäuscht. Vorn hat man wie an Objektiven einen einfachen Federdeckel und hinten eine einfache Kunststoffkappe. Beides kann relativ schnell abfallen und verloren gehen. Natürlich habe ich es gleich auf mein Stativ geschraubt, den nächsten Vogel anvisiert, in dem Fall war es eine Amsel und der erste Blick durch dieses Spektiv war zwiespältig. Das Bild welches man erhält ist hell und scharf, zumindest bei der 20 bis vierzigfach Vergrößerung. Bei dem max. Zoom von sechzigfacher Vergrößerung wird das Bild schon weich, damit meine ich das es schon noch scharf ist aber feine Details verloren gehen. Im großen und ganzen kann man für diesen Preis nicht meckern, aber die violetten CAs (Chromatische Aberration) sind schon relativ stark ausgeprägt. Ich muss auch sagen das es etwas auf den Blickwinkel ankommt, also wie man in das Spektiv schaut. Teilweise waren sie so stark das fast die ganze Amsel Violett war. Nun bin ich noch am überlegen ob es zurück geht oder hier bleibt. Nur ich verspreche mir selbst bei einem Spektiv für 250 Euro kein besseres Bild und weniger CAs. Ich glaube wenn man das möchte muss man in der 500 bis 1000 Euro Preisklasse suchen. Fazit: Wer ein Spektiv sucht und es nur ab und an nutzt um Vögel zu beobachten dem sollte es reichen. Wer es aber oft nutzt und vielleicht noch für Studienzwecke oder eine Kamera anbringen möchte der sollte auf jeden Fall mehr investieren. Vielleicht probiere ich das ein oder andere Spektiv noch mal aus.

Gebrauchtes und unvollständiges Produkt (Zubehör fehlt) Das Produkt kam teilweise geöffnet und ohne die originalen Schutzverpackungen an. Es weist einige Gebrauchsspuren (Kratzer) auf, und der Smartphone-Adapter fehlt. Die Rücksendung ist bereits im Gange, was für mich zusätzlichen Aufwand bedeutet hat. Immerhin hatte ich den Anstand, das Produkt wieder sorgfältig zu verpacken. Es scheint sich um eine vorherige Rücksendung zu handeln, die ohne Sorgfalt behandelt wurde. Zum Produkt selbst: Es ist nicht schlecht. Ich konnte es zu Hause durch das Fenster testen, und die Bildqualität ist für den Preis solide bis gut. Leider konnte ich es nicht mit dem Handy testen, da der Adapter fehlte. Da ich vorher noch nie ein solches Gerät benutzt habe, wurde mir klar, dass man unbedingt ein stabiles Stativ benötigt, wenn man es im Freien oder im Stehen verwenden möchte.

Pretty good deal for the money Item is a lot lighter than I expected but it is cheaper than most quality products in its realm. For 60 bucks, the clarity of the glass is great. This moon pic was taken at 25x zoom around 5:30pm CST. The crispness looking through the glass is much better than what is depicted by the picture. Purchased this as a spotter for long range shooting. Based on toying around with it so far, I feel like it will be appropriate for my needs. Phone mount included is junk.

SVBONY SV28 25-75x70 Zoom Spotting Scope with Tripod for Bird Watching

One minor complaint I ordered this with the intention of helping me sight in several of my firearms. Before I took it out to the range, I tested it in my neighborhood and could easily read house numbers from houses 100+ yards out. The pictures/videos included are from 50 yards out. The steel body silhouette is a 10”x16” and the round target is a 6” target My only qualm with this is the phone adapter mount. Albeit it serves its purpose, the design is… less than desirable. The installation was fairly straightforward, however, it can be a pain to get the camera lined up with the lens properly. •••Take note: you do need to zoom in on your phone in order to get rid of the scope ring (if you do not want to have it in the screen frame) This, paired with the fact that I cannot rotate the scope to 75x without holding it is the reason for the 4 star review. The weight of the phone causes the scope to turn itself to the lower set point of 25x… so unless you have someone to hold the phone in place, if you set it up to record, it will have to stay at the 25x zoom unless you rig something up to hold the phone in its place to help take the weight off the scope. Overall I am thrilled with the purchase, my brother was amazed at the quality (as was I) and at such a bargain. It is definitely a product I will recommend to all of my shooting buddies.

Great Value Product For the price, I was very satisfied. I wouldn't say it's perfect, the narrow field of view means you must be pointed accurately but the zoom is really powerful and the phone mount is a great add-on and the reason I bought this scope. The tripod is acceptable. The scope build quality s Feels nice enough and I am sure for my purposes it will last a long time

Good Spotting Scope, Bad Tripod **TRIPOD** This would have gotten five stars from me if the tripod was better. The problem: It's entirely too weak for the device. When attached properly, the scope will slowly droop, making the tripod useless. However, you can make it work by installing the tripod incorrectly: turn the scope 90 degrees and attach the tripod so the up/down of the tripod will cause the scope to tilt left and right. You can still make little adjustments to the up/down by pulling the tripod feet in and out. As long as the surface the tripod is on is grippy (i.e. not a slippery rock) you should be fine. At some point, I may disassemble the tripod and try to fix it, but for now the hack will work. **SCOPE** I was looking for a scope for target shooting a .22lr at 100m. The photo shows a neighbor's license plate at 108 meters away at 75x zoom, taken with the phone adapter. My phone is cheap so I'm sure a better camera would work better. (Note the tilt due to the hack described about the tripod). This is good enough for my needs. At the price point, I can live with the crappy tripod (although I wish I didn't have to). If you are looking for spotting bullet holes at over 150 yards I think you should try something more high end.

Un excelente Telescopio con un par de problemas Estoy bastante seguro que por el precio es la mejor opción a comprar. Svbony ofrece una relación calidad-precio que dificilmente se pueda ver en otros productos similares. La vista es bastante buena, diría que es un poco opaco, y se nota la aberración cromática cuando se ven objetos brillantes, pero al precio esto son detalles menores. Mis únicas pegas son realmente el trípode que tiene, que es básicamente inútil. No dude ni un momento en poner el telescopio en un trípode de cámara más adecuado y la observación se ha vuelto muchísimo más cómoda. Y mi otro problema es con el enfocador, es demasiado sensible, lo que hace que querer enfocar correctamente se vuelva un proceso más bien frustrante. Sé que este telescopio no está hecho para observación celeste, sin embargo con el trípode adecuado he podido ver Venus, Júpiter, la Luna y Marte. Las vistas son buenas, pero como decía anteriormente, se llega a notar la aberración cromática, que se minimiza al estar correctamente enfocado, y tal como avisaba, el enfocador al ser muy sensible, hace que sea muy complicado enfocarlos. Adjunto un par de imágenes de la Luna que procese tras tomar videos con este telescopio, una es a 25x y la otra a 75x.

OUt of the box eval the focus is sensitive, not very good at higher power settings. The attached image is 350 yards set at about 30x, which is what I need it for. The little tripod will not support the weight, scope slowly falls forward. When my note 8 cell phone is added it has the balance it needs so functional. Took a test movie it works. Going to use it to record 200 and 300 yard free swinging steel plate attack sequences. Should be interesting how it works out. You must setup and focus before mounting phone. Else phone auto focus will exacerbate the process. More news later

This is cheaper than a used pile of garbage on FB marketplace Kinda impressed with this spotting scope, wish it was a little heavier think that would have made it less prone to micro vibrations, read a couple people cry about the tripod being too wimpy (not seeing that) did notice the phone mount thingy was completely useless (could be my Iphone) damn fine little piece of kit for the money. PS. did add a washer to the wing nut on the stand after it was completely unscrewed the mount bolt was a tiny bit to long to get a good purchase on the optic

SVBONY SV28 25-75x70 Zoom Spotting Scope with Tripod for Bird Watching

Good entry level scope Nitpicks: Instructions were for a different model, case is too small, eyepiece cap falls off, tilt lever isn't transferable to a taller tripod. Got this to spot shooting impacts and it did so just fine. The lowest zoom has good clarity which is reduced at higher zoom. The phone mount is clunky as hell, practice at home before attempting in the field. Phone mount can be used in both portrait and landscape but the phone weight will force landscape back to 25x. This isn't necessarily bad, 25x has the best clarity and you should zoom in with your phone anyway to get past the eyepiece circle. The trick is to seat the lower clamp and then tighten down the upper clamp so the phone doesn't move while attaching. To switch between portrait and landscape you'll need to change screw holes. Photos are naked eye and scope at 25x with no phone zoom (target is blurry because the phone focused on weeds in the foreground). Video is scope at 25x with phone zoom, shooting a 12" plate from 100 yds.

Excellent product for the price. This exceeds expectations for an amateur. Decent build quality, and very good visibility at low zoom. quality suffers a bit a max zoom. I imagine more expensive scopes have better optics and finer focus. But, for scenery and wildlife, it is perfectly fine. My family likes the scope: I'd consider buying a higher end model of this brand when the time comes. Instructions - especially for the phone adapter - could be improved.

Good for the $$ I'm a recreational user and for that use this scope is pretty good. Have taken it to my local park a couple of times and had fun learning how to use it. The phone mount is a bit fiddly but usable. Focusing at high zoom seems hit or miss. I’m guessing that it’s some combination of my old eyes and the phone camera trying to focus on the object image at the eyepiece. Need more time to sort that out. Probably could have spent a lot more $ but for me that was unnecessary. Excuse the focus in some of my images as it was my first time out using the scope and phone mount.
