Svbony SV220 2" H-Alpha OIII 7nm Telescope Filter for Nebula Photo

SV220 Dualband Filter

The filter arrived quickly and in good condition. I live in Bortle 5/6 skies, and the first sub I took of the North America Nebula (3 mins) from a backyard surrounded by streetlights showed coal black skies! Previously, any subs over 15 seconds showed significant light pollution to the extent that I had all but given up photographing in my backyard, and restricted my sessions to camping trips to Bortle 1/2 skies. This filet has changed everything, and I now look forward to imaging from my own backyard for the first in in years. I have previously borrowed an Optolong L-Extreme and was impressed with it - the Svbony 220 is a match for its (way more expensive) Optolong twin.

APO Refractor Telescope for Deep-Sky Photography SV550 122 | Svbony

Great scope for the price

I have been using this scope for almost half a year and you find my detail review on SVbony blog. To summarize, I find SVbony SV550 122mm APO as an excellent value-price solution. For your money, you will receive a very well manufactured and solid APO telescope with excellent mechanical machine as well as optics. The large aperture of 122mm provides high light-gathering capacity and resolution, both focal lengths options, 683 and 854 mm, using two potential SVbony flatteners, are optimal for most of the DSO targets. I recommend buying some of the telescope bundles, including at least a flattener/reducer, and eventually an SVbony dew heater band, a handle, a filter drawer and a guide scope, if you already do not have any. I must admit I am very satisfied and pleased with the scope.

Svbony SV240 2" NIR Multi Narrowband Filter Light Pollution Nebula Kit

A nice 3 bands HA, O3 and another band!

I was comparing old data I have with similar shots taken with the SV240 so they aren't side by side or even same night and the exposure time can vary as I was doing a quick and dirty comparison. But even quick and dirty stacked with almost no post-processing was still getting decent result.

Svbony SV220 2" H-Alpha OIII 7nm Telescope Filter for Nebula Photo

Pretty good

This filter is a fantastic choice for astrophotographers looking for quality results at an affordable price. It is a practical choice for either a modified or stock DSLR camera. It provides just the right balance to focus on bright stars accurately, especially when paired with a Bahtinov mask. Overexposed, bloated stars are effectively suppressed, reducing the need for tedious star reduction in post-processing. A standout feature of this filter is its ability to block nearly all moon glow, making it possible to capture emission nebulae even under a full moon. This is ideal for anyone looking to extend imaging sessions through lunar phases without sacrificing image quality. However, it’s important to note that this filter is designed specifically for Ha and OIII wavelengths, so it’s unsuitable for capturing reflection nebulae or galaxies.

SV405CC Cooled Color OSC Camera for Deep Space Astrophotography IMX294

The best for this value

I've been using this camera for about three months, and I'm still impressed. I had no issues during that time, and the camera's performance amazed me after astromodified DSLR. Cooling works stable and has a 35°C temperature difference at 80% power. Highly recommend this camera as the most affordable cooling camera.

SV46P 20-60x80 ED Spotting Scope with Dual Focus Ideal for observation wildlife

Great spotting scope for a CO hunt.

If youre anything like me you researched 20+ spotting scopes ranging from $50-$2000 and decided the $2000 one is clearly worth it but you cant soend that much, you've also decided the $50 spotter is garbage. This is perfectly in between. Super clear glass. (I did invest in putting it on a good carbon fiber tripod for my back country bear hunt). This thing flew cross country and got bounced around a pack and the back of a truck for 7 days. No issues. Clear and sharp. I could tell you what clothes people were wearing at 2 miles and make out their faces. The eye relief could be more generous for people with glasses but trust me thats my only complaint about this. Absolutly worth the price. 20 degrees to 90 degrees, snow, mud, rain no issue, no fogging, no cloudiness. Is it a swarovski? No. But you know that. Is it what you need for 90% of back country hunts? Yes. Would def recommend for an elk, bear, or proghorn hunt. Maybe not ram or goats or muleys (if youre trying to pick out an antler at 1 mile). You know what I mean.

SV46P 20-60x80 ED Spotting Scope with Dual Focus Ideal for observation wildlife

Great Scope

I needed a spotting scope for a moose hunt this past fall and i didnt have a ton of money to throw down for a viper scope and i came accross a comparison video of this spotting scope compared to a viper scope. This one seemed to perform just as good so i figured i would make the purchase. This scope came with me on a hike in moose hunt in Alaska. It was downpooring and the scope performed perfectly. It sat in the rain for 2 days with me in the elements and it didnt get any moisture inside. I decided to do a true test and i put the wet scope in the holder and in a sealed box and 2 days later when i finaly was home i took the spotting scope out and wiped the moisture off the outside lenses and there was no moisumture inside it at all. This is a great scope and performs better that one would expect for the price. The sight picture is very clear. I was able to watch a cow moose play in a pond, splashing around, from over 3 miles away.

SV550 122 Triplet APO Telescope Set For Astronomical Visual Observation

Great Refractor

I don't have much experience with telescopes as I'm fairly new to the hobby, but this scope is fantastic compared to the other few scopes I've used. I bought bundle one for visual, and I am hooked on looking through this refractor. If the weather permits I'm out looking at something even if only for 20 minutes. I can't wait to try imaging in the future!

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

Better Than the Competition

Perfectly machined. The dimensions are exactly the same as the ZWO filter drawer that I've been using, and focus was still spot on after installation. I immediately preferred the design of the drawers which provide more clearance around the 2" filter to get a grip on it.

Svbony SV220 2" H-Alpha OIII 7nm Telescope Filter for Nebula Photo

Very good buy!

I purchased this filter after watching several reviews and I must say I'm impressed by its performance, especially considering its price. I tried it only a couple of times, but the performance is very satisfactory. Almost no halo, if not on extremely bright stars (and still very acceptable and easily manageable). The nebulae appear even after a few seconds exposures making framing very easy even on very faint objects. All in all, I would recommend it without any doubt. And I already have, indeed.

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

Better Than the Competition

I've been using a ZWO drawer for the last year. The SvBony drawer is a direct replacement - I didn't even have to refocus. I especially like that there is more clearance around the 2" filter to get a grip on it. Sometimes they can be stubborn.

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

SV226 Filter Drawer

I bought the SV226 Telescope Filter Drawer Mounted for 1.25 and 2 Inches Filter. The product is very well made and it was exactly what I needed. The filters are well protected from dust, very easy to change. SVBONY knows how to pleasantly surprise with promotions and low prices, so I will come back often.

SV550 80 APO for Prime Focus Photography - Connected to M48 Camera Ring

Very satisfied with my purchase

Astrophotography is a hobby that is often expensive. In search of the best value for money items, I ended up finding the SVBony range. Finding an apochromatic telescope at this price, I admit that I hesitated at first, it seemed too good to be true. I found a lot of favorable reviews on the internet and I finally decided on the SV 550 in prime focus photography kit. I received the set after about twenty days, there were still more than 10,000 km to cover... The package was very well packaged and there were no bad surprises, everything was there and in good condition. The telescope is really very well finished, a very beautiful object and all the accessories fit perfectly. The most important thing is the result: the sharpness is of excellent quality and the chromatism perfectly mastered. The focus is smooth and precise, a real pleasure. In conclusion, I am fully satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend SVBony to anyone looking for quality equipment at the best price.
