Svbony SV229 Solar Filter ISO 12312 2 Metal Cap 140mm Sunspot Telescope

Great filter for eclipse and sun viewing

I purchased the filter for my Askar 103 APO so I could do viewing during the day. The natural orange color of the sun for a more natural view through the scope. Highly recommend measuring the end of your scope before purchasing so that you get the correct fit. The 3 screws used for clamping the filter on the end of your telescope include locking nuts to eliminate slippage plus the ends of the screws are covered with plastic so not to mar the outer circumference of the scope. Keep the box with the foam to protect the solar filter. Make 3 cutouts in the foam so the screws can be left on the solar metal cap. Definitely a great purchase at a reasonable cost.

1.25inch Plossl Eyepiece 40mm with Filter Threads

Great little plossl

The 1.25-inch Plössl Eyepiece (40mm) is my favourite way to kick off a night of stargazing. The views are sharp and clear, the eye relief is super comfortable, and it just feels solid and well-made. It’s a trusty companion for exploring the night sky!

SVBONY SV214 Pro 3-Axis Phone Adapter 28mm-64mm Digiscoping Mount

I couldn't wish for a better smartphone adapter.

I’m a backyard astronomer on a budget, so using my phone as a camera works perfectly for me, and this adapter has been a huge upgrade from my old one. It’s solid, super easy to set up, and there’s nothing better than snapping your first pic of Jupiter with it!

SVBONY SV227 2" SHO 5nm Narrowband Filter Set for Deep Sky Imaging

Promissing set

I received the three filter set recently. The filters came packaged in their packaging and put only in a small carton box. I would preffer and suggest SvBony to package them in nylon inside the box so they do not move freely in the carton box! As I wrote in the caption: they look very promissing. Each filter is in rits small carton box and then in a nice plastic box for the filter with insulation. The filter glass is sealed on both sides with thin plastic film that to protect it. I like this very mutch. Thus you also know that it is absolutely new. Unfortunately the weather is very bad for astronomy for the last 2 weeks at my side and I will update the review as soon as I have the opportunity to test them in the field.

Svbony SV226 M42 Filter Drawer Quick Switch 1.25" 2" Astrophotography

EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCT

I have been using the SvBony SV226 filter drawer package for half a year now. This is an excellent product with affordable price, especially when it is sold during promotional periods. The magnets work as one would expect. The filter drawer fits firmly into the housing, I haven't had any issues, no falls or bad experience when upside-down and no light leaks. I hope SvBony will keep the price and the offered packages affordable in the future.

Svbony ST1 4K HDMI Wireless Video Transmission 984FT 0.06s Broadcast

Parfait

Svbony SV48P 102mm F6.5 Achromatic Refractor Telescope with 2.5" RAP

Very Nice Wide Field Achro

I purchased this on pre-sale before its Dec. 1 official reissue. The first batch had issues which have been corrected. The one I received star tests with nice symmetric inside and outside focus images. No hint of astigmatism. The course focuser was a bit tight and rough, but easily was adjusted to smooth operation with very little to no slop in the draw tube. It’s a very solid build. Using a UFF eyepiece the star fields snap nicely to focus across the field of view. I am very happy with my purchase which I intend to utilize as a lower power, wide field complement to my longer, higher power scopes. That’s the sweet spot for a scope such as this one.

Flat Field ED Binoculars SA205 8x42 | Svbony

More than good for the money.

My five stars based on value and performance. We know there are better binoculars out there if you're willing/can pay. I have much better and far worse binoculars than my SA 205 8x42s to compare them with. I think great optical and mechanical value for the money, and many people would not want or need a better binocular. I find myself picking them up to look at the mountains because they are small, light, and quick and easy to focus while providing great clear views. My Nikon EDG 10x42 does focus just a tiny bit smoother. My Monarch HD 8x30 is pretty darn stiff and the SA205 is far far superior, easier and quicker to catch a bird in flight. At over 400 ft, the field of view is great and although not razor sharp to the edge, it is very sharp and bright. If I only had the SA205 8x42 as my only 8x42 binoculars, I'd get by plenty fine.

Svbony SV220 2" H-Alpha OIII 7nm Telescope Filter for Nebula Photo

Great Filter!

I've been using this with my SV705C camera and SV503 80ED on nebulas in Bortle 7 skies with below average seeing conditions as of late. Really lets the nebula's light punch through the early evening light blue atmospheric haze under a 3/4 moon along with urban light pollution (good testing conditions). You will obviously need to increase your subframe time (3min guided in my case) to achieve a decent image histogram or you'll have to collect a lot more short subs and/or increase your gain, exposure, ISO, etc. All in all, a nice piece of kit. Have not tried it with my unmodified Canon DSLR yet but I'm sure it will help significantly. I've posted an image of the bubble nebula and pacman nebula to the SVBONY Telescope Club Facebook page so you can see my results.

SV503 80/102 ED F7 Refractor Telescope Set for Deep Space Photography

Great value scope

A nice little doblet apo scope, easy focuser very clear images of planets and starts. For wide field imaging it's ideal. Besides it is fabulous to grap and go. Peharps the dovetail will be better in 300mm instead 210mm that brigns nowadays. The 360º field rotator its a nice punch, very useful when fosusing, imaging or viewing.
