Key Features

• Enhances Contrast for Bright Objects

This multi-bandpass filter transmits a high percentage of light in the visual spectrum, improving contrast when observing brighter objects like the Moon and planets, providing clearer and more detailed views.

• Reduces Light Pollution

The filter helps to cut down on light pollution, darkening the background sky to make fainter objects more visible. It enhances the contrast of celestial bodies against the darkness of space for a more enjoyable viewing experience.

• Filters Out Man-Made Light Sources

Effectively filters out wavelengths from low-pressure sodium lights and other man-made sources, such as street lighting, improving the visibility of deep-sky objects by increasing their contrast against the night sky.

• Premium Build Quality

Crafted with a metal rim and threaded housing, the filter is made with durable blue glass to ensure long-lasting performance. It is compatible with 1.25" and 2" eyepieces and accessories, and can be stacked with other filters if needed.

• Convenient and Safe Storage

The filter is mounted in a nicely anodized housing and comes with a plastic box to protect it when not in use, keeping it clean and safe for long-term use in your astrophotography and observation setup.
