Svbony offers an easy and simple warranty.
The warranty period begins on the date indicated on the user's original purchase of the product or on the seller's sales receipt; the warranty is valid only in the country where the item was purchased, provided that the product has been sold by Svbony in that country.
All quality-related defects in goods sold directly by Svbony or Svbony's authorised dealers are covered by our warranty policy from the date of purchase.
The warranty policy for each product can be found directly in the table below, and we offer different warranty periods for different types of products.
Within 30 days of purchase, undamaged items can be returned for a full refund for any reason, subject to the terms below:
Item must include all accessories (if included);
The item must include the original packaging;
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and we will refund the cost of the product itself.
In order to process refunds in a timely manner, please be sure to send us a return notification containing the following information after the return has been shipped:
Logistics carrier information;
As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the packaging and product for completeness and complete the refund. Refunds will be made using the same method of return as the payment made at the time of your original order.
Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
For defective merchandise to be returned by Svbony, these warranties will be voided if the wrong item is returned to Svbony or if the defective item is not returned.
（1）Shipping costs must be borne by the buyer in the following cases:
product is returned for any reason other than proven defect;
The buyer returns the product unexpectedly;
Return of an incorrect item;
Return of items claimed to be defective but found to be in working condition by a quality inspector;
Costs associated with unauthorised returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Products that cannot be proven to have been purchased directly from Svbony or an authorised Svbony dealer;
Defects caused by misuse or connection of accessories/software not produced or supplied by the manufacturer;
Defects caused by improper use of the product or software;
The product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorised service centre, or repaired with non-original spare parts;
The serial number has been cancelled, modified or is no longer legible;
Corrosion or oxidation caused by improper use;
The product is lost, stolen or visually damaged;
Items that have exceeded the warranty period;
Subjective no longer needing the product.
