Svbony SV229 Solar Filter ISO 12312 2 Metal Cap 140mm Sunspot Telescope
Nice bright view with a natural color
It arrived from China way faster than I would have thought and in perfect condition. It is very nicely made but I wish they offered one tailored in size more to 102mm scopes. It does fit just fine after screwing in the three set screws almost all the way in. I am using this with an Svbony SV503 102ED telescope and various eyepieces.I will be taking some pics in Sharpcap using 3 different cameras and will update this review if I am dissatisfied with the results in any way. Otherwise, I am 99% happy with my purchase and seller and can easily recommend this filter.

Svbony SV165 Mini Guide Scope 40mm for Deep Sky
Great Guiidinding scope for Deep Sky Imaging Astro
I have used this as a guiding scope for my telescope for Deep Sky Objects Imaging and it has worked well so far for multiple objects. It is also relatively light and not too hard to install as well. The field of view is great for tracking the mentioned Deep Sky Objects. It also seems well built and I expect it to last for a long time as well.

Svbony SA205 10x42ED Binoculars Flat Field IP67 Waterproof Birding
Brilliant piece of mechanical engineering
The right eye dioptre on the SA 205 is a real treat. Instead of just rotating smoothly, it has click stops that are very easy to adjust and keep the user’s preferred position firmly. I consider this nothing short of a brilliant piece of mechanical engineering. Kudos Svbony!

The right eye dioptre on the SA 205 8 x 42 is a real treat. Instead of just rotating smoothly, it has click stops that are very easy to adjust and keep the user’s preferred position firmly. I consider this nothing short of a brilliant piece of mechanical engineering. Eye relief is excellent however. I was able to easily see the entire field wearing eyeglasses. The ocular lenses are large and easy to centre one’s eyes in. It is small and lightweight, yet is tough and durable. It has many endearing properties, such as excellent edge-to-edge sharpness thanks to the addition of field flattening optics, exceptional close

SVBONY SV152 20mm SWA 70° Illuminated Crosshair Eyepiece 1.25 inch
Works Well and Solidly Built
This eyepiece was just what I needed in order to more accurately align my telescope to the stars when starting an observing session. This is well designed for this purpose, and it gave me excellent results in my first use for this. The illuminated crosshairs nearly eliminate parallax and other visual accuracy issues which occur when centering a star in an eyepiece during alignment. The wide field of view is helpful when initially looking for the target star. The optics are bright and clear. The crosshair illumination is variable over a very wide range, and gets quite dim at the lower end, so that dimmer stars may be seen. They are also bright enough to use in daylight at the upper end of the range. The crosshairs are narrow and well defined, which helps with precision. Overall build quality is very good. I am very pleased with this purchase.

SVBONY SV182 6x30 Right-Angle Correct-Image Finder Scope with Bracket
Good fit- Recommended
Recommended - I got this 6x30mm finder with the Svbony SV550 80mm triplet APO. It's a nice match to the Sv550 APO , should be a nice match with any other Svbony telescope. Locks into the finder dovetail/shoe with a thumbscrew, once secured you're ready to go. After focus & alignment it performed well. The bracket/holder is gloss white with non-marring nylon adjuster screws opposing a spring-loaded chrome pin. I like the black finish/red anodized focus lock ring. Build quality is as good or better as any other I've used. Svbony products are new to me, but from what I've seen so far their build quality is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to buy their products again.

SVBONY SV215 1.25" 3-8mm Clickstop Zoom Eyepiece for Planet View
Amazing Performance
The performance of this eyepiece is outstanding. I had a selection of eyepieces to compare with the Svbony zoom, i.e., 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 mm. Some were high-end eyepieces, including orthoscopics, Plossls, Televue Radians, and Delos. After an hour of observing, I could not see any significant differences in the image quality of the Svbony compared to the other eyepieces. In a few cases, the expensive widefield eyepieces with many lens elements faired worse in detail. While image brightness and contrast were good, the definition of delicate structures in Jupiter’clouds was lacking. Zoom eyepieces usually require refocusing when switching focal lengths. My sample was parfocal. Depending on the seeing, when focused at the shortest focal length, 3 or 4 mm, there was no need to refocus at the 5, 6, 7, and 8 mm settings. In summary: Likes: Cost. Functionality (beats switching eyepieces). Mechanical quality (parfocal, click stops). Optical quality (sharpness, contrast, flat field) Dislikes: Heavy (built like a tank). Tapered eyepiece barrel (hard to clamp with compression ring). The eyepiece barrel length is too long. The barrel cap keeps falling off. A good analogy between a zoom eyepiece and a fixed focal length eyepiece is a Swiss army knife compared to a hunting knife. Svbony has managed to even the playing field. I highly recommend this eyepiece for owners of short focal length refractors (less than 800 mm).

SV503 80/102 ED F7 Refractor Telescope Set for Deep Space Photography
Love it
I enjoy it and can pull up great pictures of the planets. It’s not the strongest scope out there but it does what it should for the money! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💯 Really liking this scope! Don’t expect to se footprints on the moon or incredible details of Saturn’s rings but you will definitely see the Saturn and it’s rings, moons of Jupiter and it’s clouds. Now, I’m a beginner but wanted something better after trying few scopes and doing a lot of research and I’m satisfied, and I think I will be satisfied for a while lol it’s just matter of good tripod. Didn’t try it for nebula yet, as still exploring planets with it, trying out different eyepieces/filters. Overall it’s a great scope for its money.

SVBONY SV202 8x32 ED Binoculars with Bak4 Prism Waterproof for Birding
Very good clarity
I bought the 10X42 one.I was struck by how clean the images were when pointed at an intensely bright white light source. In particular, they showed very little internal reflections and no annoying diffraction spikes.

Svbony SA205 10x42ED Binoculars Flat Field IP67 Waterproof Birding
Great view
The SA 205 presents one of the most relaxed views I’ve witnessed in a flat field binocular. I encountered no blackouts or rolling ball effect while panning.

Professional Deep-Sky Photography Kit SV550 122 | Svbony
A great all-around telescope
I have been doing astrophotography for a little less than two years. I started out with an 8 inch Schmidt Cassegrain style telescope (SCT) but I wanted a telescope with a wider field of view. I decided to order the SV550 80 mm refractor telescope from Svbony and loved it. It was an inexpensive but high quality telescope. With it I was finally able to image the complete circle of the moon, the Andromeda galaxy and a number of large nebulae. Plus the quality of the pictures was much improved over my previous telescope. So when SVBONY came out with the SV550 122 mm telescope and I saw some video reviews, I decided to order one to replace the 8 inch SCT reflector. I couldn't be happier with a telescope. It is a little on the heavy side (14 lb/6.4 kg vs 12 lb/5.4 kg for the SCT) but it's not too much for a senior citizen like me to handle. It has a nice long dew shield that extends and retracts smoothly. I use the manual focuser with a Bahtinov mask as a focus aid. It dials in smoothly and maintains focus once set. With the 1.0x field flattener, the stars are sharp and round points of light all across the field of view. In comparison with the 8" SCT with a 0.63x focal reducer, the quality of the images has improved greatly. In comparison with the SV550 80 mm telescope, it has over twice the light-gathering capability, so I am able to get more detail in my images during a single night of photography. The only down-side is that it is pretty long, but that is to be expected with a re

SVBONY SV152 20mm SWA 70° Illuminated Crosshair Eyepiece 1.25 inch

Surprising that an eyepiece that is supposedly just for alignment turned out to be better than the ones that came with my 10" Newtonian. Does the job and I use it for other things as well. Have to give a should out to SvBony customer support. I dropped the illimitation tube and then stepped on it. When I contacted the company to buy a replacement, they replaced it for free and only had me pay the shipping costs. And they knew that the reason it broke was because I stepped on it and I offered to pay for the replacement. Five stars for this level of support.

1.25inch Plossl Eyepiece 40mm with Filter Threads
1st supplemental eyepiece you should buy
As pretty much every telescope comes witg a 25mm and 10mm eyepiece, this supplements those incredibly well. Some people think you want to get more magnification and buy 5mm or so eyepieces, but do so at the expense of clarity. This 40mm one is awesome for perusing the sky and finding things as well as getting constellations, clusters, and galaxies in your field of view. I like to use this to start finding, then work my way down. Highly recommend getting one of these. This brand has some nice quality for the price too. Keep making good accessories for the price!

SV190 UF Ultra Flat Field Eyepiece FMC 10mm 1.25inch
Terrific Performance at a Bargain Price
I don't know how SVBony does it. They now offer a wide range of amateur astronomy products at incredibly low prices. I've purchased both eyepieces and diagonals. All have exceeded my expectations. The 10mm flat field eyepiece displays a wide angle flat field, better than expected eye relief, and no annoying "kidney bean" effect. That means if you reye is slightly off center, the image doesn't blank out. This eyepiece is a quality product that is ideal for beginners as well as experienced observers.

SV128 1.25/2inch Variable Polarizing Filters for Telescope
Works Great and Replaces an Entire Set of Fixed Po
I'm very impressed with this SVBONY variable polarizing filter. When I got into astronomy decades ago, I needed an entire set of fixed polarizing filters for different uses and conditions. This filter has become my "one size fits all" polarizing filter solution! It's not only great for 'dimming down' the very bright moon (of course) but works great for bright planets like Jupiter and for solar astronomy -- when using an over the aperture optical grade solar filter. I particularly enjoy solar astronomy and this variable filter not only helps bring out planetary features like the bands of Jupiter but features of the sun like sunspots and faculae. It also works very well when using an eyepiece projection into a camera (or even a smartphone, like I use). Important: NEVER use a camera or look at the sun through a telescope without using an optically rated, over-the-aperture solar filter (as shown in my photos). Yes, it' is somewhat inconvenient to remove the eyepiece in order to make adjustments, but it's not nearly as inconvenient as removing the eyepiece, unscrewing a filter of a specific percentage, screwing in a different fixed percentage filter, then putting the eyepiece back in … only to do it all again if the fixed percentage filter you choose was still not right for the application. The range of percentages on this SVBONY variable polarizing filter is great, the filter's optical quality seems excellent and it's adjustment is very smooth. This is my first SVBONY product

ED Doublet Refractor Telescope for Astrophotography SV503 102 | Svbony
Very Impressive Telescope
I bought the SV503 102ED telescope back in April of 2024. I was very impressed with the construction of the scope and the apparent overall quality. It took a few months for me to find a mount for it, but I did find one. Mount a little wobbly, but it works for now. I the scope to an Open House at an Observatory my astronomy club helps out with and everyone that looked through it was amazed how clear everything looked through it. I do have to say that the view though this scope is amazing compared to my other scopes. The only other telescope I have that beats this one is my light bucket 12inch Dob. I would and have recommend this telescope to anyone regardless of what level they are at. Good beginner, intermediate, or advanced telescope. This one will be in my collection for a very long time. GOOD JOB SVBONY!!!!!!

SVBONY SV225 Alt-Azimuth Telescope Mount Adjustable for Visual Set
A Great Mount and Great Customer Service!
I purchased this mount and I have it set up and ready to use (as soon as the clouds clear up)! It was easy to install and was even better quality than expected. I had one minor issue, which was that some paint had dripped into the screw holes on the dovetail clamp during the manufacturing process. I reached out to SVBONY and got a response quickly. I was able to remove the excess paint by putting a little rubbing alcohol on the set screws, and then worked them in. SVBONY assured me that if I had any problems, they would make it right for me. So far I've set it up with a 114mm Newtonian and an 8" SCT (each for visual observing only). Each is sturdy with minimal to no vibrations. My only recommendation is to make sure you have an appropriate tripod to support the weight of the mount and your OTA...

SV155 1.25 inch 7-Piece Filters Set for Moon Viewing Telescope Filter
Excellent products, recommended seller, arrived qu
Additional feedback: They are very good, I have just finished trying all with a half moon and Jupiter and the truth is that they surprised me, a tremendous sharpness or I was able to see details in craters that I had never seen. The truth I recommend them. Each is a different joy. The quality is noticeable.
