Svbony SV154 2" 26mm SWA 70° Super Wide Angle Telescope Eyepiece

Smaller is often better The 25mm eyepiece magnifies too much for Pleaides, which touches the perimeter of the field of view for my 10" Newtonian telescope. This 40mm eyepiece is better for magnification of larger fields of view. Nearby Jupiter and 4 of its moons are a great deal less across and need the 25mm because the 40mm isn't enough.

Svbony SV154 2" 26mm SWA 70° Super Wide Angle Telescope Eyepiece

Svbony SV154 2" 26mm SWA 70° Super Wide Angle Telescope Eyepiece

Great Eyepiece for the money! I didn't pay very much for this eyepiece, so I was really surprised to see how good it was for the money. I bought it primarily for stargazing. I wanted to bring the power on my 70mm Celestron spotting scope down to 10X (the longest focal length stock eyepiece it came with was 20mm, or 20X). This eyepiece produces a clear, sharp edge-to-edge image of stars, with no signs of optical aberrations. I tested it during the day for terrestrial viewing and found it to produce a sharp image as well. I'm also really pleased with the wide field of view. Good eyepiece!

Rookie's Perspective - Very Nice Eyepiece I'm just a rookie so my review must be taken according. I do like the wider angle of the 40mm eyepiece for certain viewing conditions. Materials seem like decent quality.

Svbony SV154 2" 26mm SWA 70° Super Wide Angle Telescope Eyepiece

Great for observing star fields and finding objects with setting circles SVBONY 40mm 1.25 inches Plossl Telescope Eyepiece is excellent for finding celestial objects using setting circles or by star hopping. Once the object is centered in this 40mm eyepiece a higher magnification eyepiece, or a digital can be inserted in the telescope's focuser to continue observing, respectively, visually or photographically. The accompanying photos were taken by finding M13, M27 and M11 with the SVBONY 40mm eyepiece and my telescope's setting circles and then imaging these deep sky objects with the SVBONY SV305 camera.

Svbony SV154 2" 26mm SWA 70° Super Wide Angle Telescope Eyepiece

Excellent Wide-View Eyepiece – Great Value for the Price The SVBONY 40mm Plössl eyepiece is a fantastic addition to any telescope setup, especially if you enjoy wide-field viewing. It delivers a bright, clear image with a noticeably larger field of view, making it perfect for scanning the night sky, star clusters, and larger deep-sky objects. The fully multi-coated optics really make a difference—images appear sharp with good contrast, and light transmission is impressive for an eyepiece in this price range. It performs especially well under darker skies where you can take full advantage of the wide view. Build quality is solid, with a nice all-metal construction that feels durable and well-made. The eyepiece has a good weight to it without being too heavy, and it fits securely in a standard 1.25” focuser. Eye relief is comfortable, which makes longer observing sessions much more enjoyable, even for beginners. It’s also a great choice if you wear glasses. Overall, this is an excellent budget-friendly upgrade that significantly enhances your viewing experience.

SVBONY 2 inch to M42x0.75 Telescope Adapter for Camera Astrophotography

Perfect adaptor Perfect for Astrophotography It’s what you need at a great price . Threads are silly not at all janky. Matte finish so non reflective has a nice step in it so locking screws have something to bite on and not slip off

SVBONY 2 inch to M42x0.75 Telescope Adapter for Camera Astrophotography

Just what I needed for PRIME FOCUS Great quality and just what I needed! I could not achieve prime focus on my 8" Newtonian with a 1.25" T-adapter, but with this 2" adapter I could get the camera a whole 1/4" closer and now I can get the Moon in focus. Highly recommended

SVBONY 2 inch to M42x0.75 Telescope Adapter for Camera Astrophotography

Convert your Telescope to a Telephoto Lens This "t-adapter" allows you to slide a 2 inch diameter sleeve into your refractor's 2 inch focuser. The top of the t-adapter is threaded to accept a "t-ring" that you must buy separately. The "t-ring" fits directly into the bayonet mount of the brand of camera you own. Now your refracting telescope becomes a telephoto lens for your 35mm camera. The SVBony t-adapter is CNC machined and has an anodized finish. You'll love the look, as well as the functionality.
