Nice well fitting extensions These extensions work perfectly. The threads are well machined and the inside surfaces are ribbed and black. The black is a bit shiny and matt would have been better ( easily fixed) but overall well pleased and very useful to help space various telescope accessories out.

Svbony SV202 10x42ED Binoculars Extra-Low Dispersion Bak4

Good value consistent with this company's astronomical telescopes I was looking for an less expensive 8x42 roof prism binocular to test against my 20-year-old Vixen Japan 8x42. They were made before ED glass was available on affordable binoculars, and they still cost nearly $300 back then. The first one I tried was a big disappointment, and I returned it. But it occurred to me that I have had very good luck with Svbony's astronomical optical goods, which have proven to be a very good value. So I had a look at their binocular line, and ordered the 8x42. So far, I am very impressed. Collimation is excellent -- the two images overlap perfectly. I find the eyebox to be generous enough. They claim the lenses are made with ED glass, and sure enough, there is less chromatic aberration in the Svbony binocular than in my old reliable Vixens. Close focus is extremely good. Build quality seems very good -- PD adjustment and the focus adjustments are smooth once they have been used a little bit. My one experience with the company's customer service was very satisfactory. I would like to know how to pronounce "Svbony" -- is it an acronym, or an adaptation of a Chinese name? Anyway, if this binocular lasts over the years, I can say they are a really good value at the price. The following week, I noticed that the 8x32mm variant was on sale for only ~$90, so I ordered it. This binocular is smaller and lighter that the 8x42mm, and exhibits the same clear images, good collimation and freedom from distortion as the 8x42. Further evidence that this vendor's optical goods are a really good value. Also, the cases supplied with these binoculars are very sturdy and well-designed.

Great quality, super bargain for hiking/birding. I was very surprised by the quality of the SVBONY SV202 8x32 ED binoculars. I ordered these and a Vortex Diamondback HD 8x32 so I could make a direct comparison, and thought these were every bit as good as the Vortex - if just a hair heavier. I returned the Vortex ($209) and kept these ($99). Great optical quality, solid build, smooth operation, and comes with a more useful case than the Vortex. Great bargain!

Svbony SV202 10x42ED Binoculars Extra-Low Dispersion Bak4

Great value Compact and very clear to my eyes. Would not recommend for use with glasses - although I can almost get full field of view by removing rubber eye cups and experimenting with peculiar positioning on face.
