Excellent ED optisc & focuser
I have the 102 mm ED verson from Svbony. I have used it for visual observations and photography, it's very very nice for the planets and the Moon (with filter) clearly better than my Bresser 102/1000 mm achromat. It also has an excellent focuser.

In the center it's very good optically, but you must be using a small sensor camera/Astro camera smaller than a APS-C or smaller. The optical is good. This 80mm scope is a nice wide field budget scope.Daylight photography very good and for Astro like the Moon is only made for a small sensor APS-C smaller!!
Good quality without breaking the bank
I've been using this scope for almost 2 years. Primarily DSO astrophotography with some visual use. I have zero complaints.

Much better optical quality and performance
I own the Svbony 102/714 mm for 6 months now, previosely I had a Bresser 102/1000 mm F10 achromat and the Svbony 102 ED has a much better optical quality and performance. Also the 2 speed focuser is infinitely better than the ones used on simple achromats.
